Child-friendly holiday park in the Veluwe

EuroParcs De Wije Werelt is the child-friendly holiday park in the Veluwe, set in the beautiful woods of Otterlo. Whatever the weather, kids will always have a blast here. Indoors, they can run wild in the indoor playground, in the summer they can splash around in the heated outdoor pool, and during the holidays, our entertainment team and Yuki provide endless fun. While they are having a great time playing, you can sit back and relax on the terrace of family restaurant De Houtzagerij. Fancy a day out? Top attractions like Burgers' Zoo, Apenheul, and amusement park Julianatoren are practically just around the corner.

Tip!

As our guest, you may also use the facilities at EuroParcs De Zanding (excluding the indoor pool). Discover the swimming pond with a sandy beach, the playground equipment, or join in on their activity program.

Our child-friendly holiday homes on the Veluwe

At EuroParcs de Wije Werelt, we have many accommodations specifically for families. Our favorite is the Zwerfhut op hoogte 5: a unique treehouse with a sleeping loft for up to 5 people. In addition, the Pavilion 5 and Velthorst 6 feature a separate children's room with a bunk bed. The cozy chalets like Boekhorst 4 and 5 are also a great choice, as they are located close to the central facilities: with small children, you can easily walk to the swimming pool and back for an afternoon nap. The Tiny House 2+2 and Boslodge 6 are also great, featuring a sleeping loft that kids always love. Looking for something more adventurous? The Glampingtent Luxury 4 is located on a car-free field where children can safely step outside on their own. Are you coming with two families or are grandma and grandpa joining? Then the villas for 8 or 12 people are ideal!

Every child's dream: sleeping in a treehouse

What could be more fun than sleeping in your very own treehouse? The Zwerfhut op Hoogte (max. 5 people) is a wooden chalet on stilts, which you climb via a staircase as if you were going on an expedition. Inside, it is instantly cozy, with a snug seating area and your own kitchenette. In the evening, the children climb up to their very own spot: the sleeping loft, high above the rest of the cabin.

In the morning, you wake up to the rustling of the trees. You can enjoy sitting outside on the balcony or in the garden, which features a picnic table and a porch swing. An unforgettable experience surrounded by nature!

Discover what there is to do around the park

There’s plenty to do even outside our beautiful, kid-friendly vacation park. From De Wije Werelt, for example, you can easily head to Burgers’ Zoo (20 minutes) or Apenheul (25 minutes). Julianatoren is also just a 30-minute drive away. Is it raining? Then Schateiland Zeumeren is highly recommended: here, the kids can go on a treasure hunt under a roof. When the weather is nice, you can, of course, head to the climbing forest or take a lovely hike in the Hoge Veluwe.
