At EuroParcs De Wije Werelt you will find a beautiful heated swimming pool. For the little ones, there is a fun baby and toddler pool. Next to the sun-drenched swimming pool is a sunbathing meadow where you can sunbathe and relax in the summer. The paddling pool consists of a water playground with colorful water elements. Here children can be entertained for hours! The intention is to open the outdoor pool from mid-April to mid-September, depending on weather conditions and temperatures. One of the best things about EuroParcs de Wije Werelt is the children's farm. In the animal pasture, you can meet our goats, chickens and rabbits.

Children have a great time in our playground with a climbing frame and swings. You can also enjoy a game of soccer or basketball on our multifunctional sports field.

Enjoying a holiday together with your dog? At EuroParcs De Wije Werelt, your loyal four-legged friend is more than welcome. While you relax in the beautiful nature of the Veluwe, your dog can enjoy the forests, walking routes and nature areas nearby.

A dog leash policy applies throughout the park to keep the environment pleasant and safe for everyone. Waste bags are available throughout the park to help keep the surroundings clean and enjoyable.

The area around De Wije Werelt is perfect for long walks with your dog. You will find various walking routes, forests and nature areas nearby where you and your leashed dog can enjoy peace, space and the outdoors together.

Good to know:

• Pets are allowed in selected accommodations
• Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park
• Dogs are welcome on many walking routes and in nature areas nearby
• Waste bags are available throughout the park
• There is no crate or dog shower available at the accommodation

Make your holiday more sustainable and travel to EuroParcs De Wije Werelt by public transport. Below are a number of options for reaching the holiday park by public transport.

From Arnhem station to EuroParcs De Wije Werelt The total travelling time is approximately 30 minutes. From Arnhem Central Bus Station, bus 105 leaves directly to bus stop 't Lage Veld in Otterlo. If you get off here, you can walk to the driveway of EuroParcs De Wije Werelt in about 3 minutes. We welcome you at the end of the driveway at the reception.

From Ede-Wageningen station to EuroParcs De Wije Werelt The total travel time is about 25 minutes. At Ede-Wageningen station, get on bus 108 in the direction of Apeldoorn. At bus stop Rotonde in Otterlo, get off and then change to bus 105 direction Arnhem. Get off at the bus stop 't Lage Veld Otterlo and walk in about 3 minutes to the driveway of EuroParcs De Wije Werelt. We welcome you at the end of the driveway at the reception.

The use of fireworks is not permitted within our park. For many years, we have consciously chosen to maintain a completely firework-free New Year's celebration, allowing our guests, children and pets to enjoy peace and relaxation.

Due to changes in Dutch legislation, a ban on consumer fireworks will apply from New Year's Eve 2026/2027 onwards. Only Category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and novelty fireworks) will remain permitted for private use. Professional fireworks displays may still take place where the required permits have been granted.

Please note that our firework-free policy applies only within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, depending on local regulations and circumstances, professional fireworks displays may take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used.

Important: No fireworks are permitted within the park, including Category F1 fireworks.

During the (school) holidays, our park offers the coolest entertainment activities for all ages with our Fun Heroes. The Fun Heroes are travelling entertainment teams who visit our holiday park. Join us on a super fun scavenger hunt!

Are you ready for an exciting adventure? During the scavenger hunt, you’ll go in search of animals that live in the Veluwe, such as a wild boar, a red deer, and a fox. Look around carefully, because you might be the first to spot them!

But watch out… the Dragon of Gelre is hiding somewhere too!  This tough dragon guards a mysterious treasure chest full of valuable items. Can you find the dragon and solve the mystery?

For just €3.50, you can pick up the scavenger hunt at the reception desk. Put on your detective hat and experience an adventure full of nature, excitement, and fun!

Challenge your family or friends to a fun game of pétanque on our bocce court. The court is located on the lawn behind reception.
