Restaurant De Houtzagerij: Family restaurant with an indoor playground
Don’t feel like cooking after an active day at and around our vacation park? Then you can walk right from your vacation home or campsite to Restaurant De Houtzagerij in Otterlo. Pull up a cozy seat inside, or if the weather’s nice, grab a spot on the patio. As soon as the kids finish their meals, they’ll dash right over to the adjacent playground. That gives you time to sit back and relax with a drink, all while keeping an eye on the kids out of the corner of your eye.

Climb, slide, and scramble in two playgrounds
Right next to our family restaurant is the outdoor playground, featuring climbing structures, swings, slides, and balance elements surrounded by greenery. From the terrace, you can easily keep an eye on the little ones. Is it raining? Then the fun moves indoors, where there are more than 30 play features to discover: from a super-fast slide to a building block corner and a separate toddler zone for the littlest ones. Access to the indoor playground is free when you dine with us. If you’re visiting just for the playground, we ask that you purchase at least one drink or snack. What's on the menu?
At lunchtime, you can enjoy fresh sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, fried eggs, or a hearty salad. In the evening, the menu features a full dinner service, with a choice of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. If you’re celebrating a special occasion with the whole family during your stay, the restaurant also offers complete packages: from a dinner buffet or BBQ to a lunch or party package with a dessert buffet.

There’s a separate kids’ menu for the little ones . Are you in the mood for a quick bite after an afternoon of play? At the snack bar, you can get fresh fries, snacks, and ice cream—including vegetarian options. And if a birthday falls during your vacation week, you can celebrate it here: you can book a kids’ party for as few as five children.
